FlowAI is the intelligent chat assistant built into FlowOMS. It gives your clients instant answers, live data, and the ability to take action — all through natural language. From checking shipment status to creating reports, FlowAI turns your 3PL portal into a real-time, AI-powered experience.
FlowAI connects directly to your FlowOMS data, allowing clients to get answers instantly. They can ask questions like "How many orders were shipped last week?" or "Which SKUs are running low?" — and receive real-time numbers, charts, or lists right inside the chat.
No waiting, no support tickets, no switching between tools. The result: fewer inquiries for your support team and a faster, more intuitive experience for every client.
FlowAI doesn't just report — it acts. Clients can trigger actions directly through chat commands: remove out-of-stock products from an order, create an inbound shipment, generate a customs report, or send the monthly stock value report to their accountant.

FlowOMS is built specifically for third-party logistics providers who want to centralize operations, increase transparency for their clients and scale efficiently. It is designed for professional 3PLs managing multiple customers, sales channels and carriers across one or more warehouse locations.
FlowOMS itself is not a traditional WMS. It acts as an orchestration and intelligence layer on top of warehouse operations. However, for 3PLs that do not yet have a suitable system in place or want a tightly integrated setup, FlowOMS can optionally be combined with a fully 3PL-optimized WMS.
Yes. FlowOMS is WMS-agnostic and can be connected to existing warehouse management systems via API. This allows 3PLs to keep their current setup while gaining a centralized control layer. Multiple WMS systems across different warehouses or partners can be managed from a single FlowOMS account.
