FlowOMS creates structured BillingOrders directly from WMS data such as picks, packs, storage, special services, and shipping activities. These BillingOrders follow your individual pricing logic and are automatically converted into invoices — without manual Excel work. This ensures every service is billed accurately, traceably, and in a way your clients can clearly understand.
Invoices are sent automatically, reminders and dunning are handled seamlessly, and optional accounting logic applies correct tax rates if required. All invoices, credits, limits, and billing frequencies are fully configurable. Clients can view invoices directly in FlowOMS, while you monitor payment status, outstanding balances, and create credit notes or billing limits — all in one system.
