Dynaflow replaces binders and PDFs with a living SOP system built for warehouse operations. Every procedure follows a structured 5-phase lifecycle: Draft, Review, Approved, Published, and Archived. Each step can include rich content — text instructions, images, embedded videos — so that even complex processes are crystal clear.
QR codes are generated for every published SOP. Mount them at workstations, and any worker can scan to pull up the current version on their phone or tablet. No searching, no outdated printouts, no confusion.
Role-based approval workflows ensure that only reviewed and authorized procedures go live. Full version history with diff view means you always know what changed, when, and by whom. Media uploads support step-by-step visual guides that leave zero room for interpretation.
Dynaflow connects directly to IP cameras via RTSP streams — Reolink, Hikvision, any standard protocol. AI analyzes the live footage by comparing it against reference "should-be" videos that define how a process is supposed to look. Automated cronjobs run this comparison continuously, detecting deviations from standard procedures in real time.
The system streams live video via HLS through a dedicated video gateway. Packing station displays show fullscreen real-time feedback via WebSocket — workers see immediately when something is flagged. If an employee skips step 3 (quality check), reaches across a conveyor, or uses the wrong packaging, the AI detects it and flags the deviation instantly.

Dynaflow automatically calculates a health score for every process in your warehouse — a composite metric from 0 to 100% that combines quality rates, speed benchmarks, SOP compliance, and deviation frequency.
