Dynaflow was born inside WeShip Fulfillment — a 3PL provider founded in 2018. In 2021, Dynaflow Technology GmbH was created to turn internal tools into products. Our solutions are shaped by real operational challenges — not theory, not slides — but daily work in active fulfillment centers.
Dynaflow brings together experienced software engineers, logistics professionals, and finance experts. This interdisciplinary setup allows us to build systems that work not only technically, but operationally and commercially. We understand pricing logic, margin pressure, warehouse workflows, and customer expectations — because our team has worked with them for more than a decade in complex fulfillment environments.
Dynaflow is a sister company of WeShip Fulfillment GmbH, operating fulfillment centers in Austria, Germany, and Switzerland. FlowOMS development started in 2023 and was released in 2025 — immediately deployed at WeShip and its first external clients. Since 2025, the company is investing heavily in AI-driven warehouse optimization. The vision: "Warehouse run by AI." WeShip serves as a live laboratory where every feature — from video analysis to intelligent process monitoring — is tested in real production before reaching external customers. This means Dynaflow's AI features aren't theoretical — they're battle-tested in a real warehouse with real orders every day.
